Somewhere down the line, not only have a generation of parents failed to fulfill their duties as parents, but also the system that is supposed to "protect" the child has failed as well. What frustrates me the most, is people never stop to see about the foster children on their block and in their neighborhoods. Its not their child so it doesn't matter. Some people think they are doing a g
