Whether the breadstuff specifies "enriched, bleached flour", "wheat or grain flour" or even something of that character, that tells you that the breadstuff is in fact coming from processed white flour. Instead, search for "entire wheat or grain flour", "whole surface", or better yet "sprouted surface" as the 1st substance.
