There will be some stages of ovarian malignancy. In stage I actually the cancer is kept to one or the two ovaries. In period II the idea has spread outside the ovaries to the uterus or maybe fallopian tubes. In Period III the cancer has spread outside of the pelvic area but still within just the abdomen.
